The
quality of our program is in direct relation to the Web professionals we
are proud to have as our judges. After an initial qualifying screening,
at least three of these judges will review your site and evaluate based
on our standardized scoring. An average of all scores will then be used
to determine a final score from which awards are determined.

production, Web development and design, Jocelyn is one of the
foremost experts on Web-based content. Her Silicon Alley-based
